Those kind eyes belong to Mazy. This sweet lady deserves her name – which is the short version of Amazing! She is sweet and smart, but can be just a bit timid and shy around new people and new circumstances.

Mazy is a lab mix, weighs 35 pounds and is approximately 8 months old. It takes her a little bit to get comfortable to new situations with new humans. She is submissive and may be standoffish while she learns and observes what new two-legged creatures have got going on. New dogs though? No worries! She instantly trusts four-legged creatures and loves to pal around and play. She would benefit from having a confident furry sibling in her forever home to share her favorite toys and bones.

While she has a list of favorite things she likes to do, going into her crate is not really one of them. But Mazy is housebroken and sleeps on her dog bed at night. So she doesn’t really need her crate. However, rest assured that if cream cheese nearby, so can be coaxed into it and once in, she settles in just fine.

Good things come to those who wait, which is exactly what you will get with Mazy when you let her warm up and love you when on her timetable.
