Meet Maya Blue
Maya is a mixed breed that was passed off as a Saint Bernard puppy (we knew better but felt bad for her). She was found in a milk crate in an apartment stairwell. She was emaciated, and had mange. But, that was then, and now, she is a healthy, goofy, happy puppy. She is both housebroken and crate trained. She sleeps through the night. We are working on manners with her, but she hasn't had obedience training formally. Maya is currently about 60 lbs, and estimated to be 1 year old this month. She is being fostered in the Houston area. She enjoys all her large dog companions of 70+ lbs (hasn't been around little dogs) and she loves to play chase and tug with them. She is a good eater, and she is growing up fast! Maya is independent, and when her doggy friends are in another room, she is content to play quietly with her toys. She will do best with submissive male dogs, and she likes to "rule the roost".
