Maya is finally ready for her furever home. And we want to be extra certain it is her furever home as she is most deserving of consistency and stability. Maya is approximately 2 years old, weighs about 40lbs, fully vaccinated, microchipped, and spayed. Per her Wisdom Panel DNA results, she’s primarily a border collie/GSD/other mix.
Maya is very smart and very much a Velcro dog. She’s extremely loyal. She’s a girl who is happy staying home and hanging out. She is perfectly fine staying in her bubble and prefers staying within familiar surroundings. She hugs her foster mom when she gets uncomfortable in new situations. Maya needs someone who will be her best friend.
Maya is good with other dogs and with cats. She is potty-trained and crate-trained. Maya will need a home with someone who has experience with working dogs. Maya isn’t a working dog but she has many traits associated with working dogs.
