Meet Max

Max is a fun young boy looking for a family that will shower him in love and show him the good life he deserves! Max's ideal home is one where he can be with his family and with people who will give him plenty of time to settle in and learn the ropes of his new home. Max has previously lived with dogs and children and wouldn't mind some extra love in a larger family too! Max would thrive with a family who is willing to do more fear free, positive reinforcement training at home to learn all sorts of new tricks.

Once you have filled out the adoption questionnaire, our Adoptions team will follow up with you via phone or email as soon as possible. If we are a match, the Adoptions team will schedule a meet and greet appointment at the shelter. If you have any questions regarding our adoption process, please reach out to us at adopt@hihs.org.
Please note: Our shelters are open for walk-in visits on Friday-Tuesday, from 10am to 3pm; all adoptions are by appointment only.
