Meet Max
You only live once, so live it to the Max! Max is a ~5 year old boy who weighs ~85lbs. If you're looking for a good boy, well, you've found him! He gets along with other dogs, but would prefer a female companion or a submissive male as he tends to be more dominant. He's lived with kids and has done well with them, but he cannot live with cats. He has no experience around livestock, so we are unsure how he would do. Max is extremely toy motivated and would love for you to throw a ball or a stick for him! He loves treats too, but not as much as toys-- ball is life!
He could use a tune-up on his leash manners, but gets better after the initial excitement of going for a walk.
He's fixed, vaccinated, microchipped, and up to date on parasite preventatives. It is $165 to bring him home!
If you are interested in meeting this pet, please call (541) 474-5458 for an appointment. All appointments are made by phone (not email, Facebook or PetFinder) for the most up-to-date availability of the pets and the schedule. If we do not answer, we are either closed or caring for the animals, so please leave a voicemail — all voicemails are returned as soon as possible. Thank you!
