Meet Max

Max is a 9 year old pit mix. He is great with people and dogs but should probably not be in a home with cats. Max appears to be housebroken and is very calm and well mannered. While Max is healthy, he does have some arthritis and needs to be kept on joint supplements and pain meds as needed. Max weighs approximately 55 lbs.
With the Covid-19 situation, FURS has temporarily stopped our weekly adoption stands. We can make alternate arrangements for meeting the FURS dogs but would require an approved application for adoption. There is no fee or obligation with submitting an adoption application and applications can be completed on line at www.fursdogs.com
A required step of our adoption process is to conduct a home visit. Since FURS is a very small, all-volunteer rescue, we can only support our adoption process to homes in the Richmond, VA and surrounding localities area
