Meet Mary

Mary was found with her sister, Sue, in a storm drain a few months ago. They were only about 8 weeks old and were hungry and cold! They were rescued by a kind person and brought to our shelter. They were pending adoption but that ended up falling through, so they are now looking for homes!
Mary is super sweet and very playful! She loves to go outside and play, and does great walking on the leash! She does well in the car and is a great puppy! Mary is very smart, and loves all dogs! She is only about 17 pounds at around 5 months old, so we don’t think she’ll be much bigger than 40-50 pounds full grown!!

Every dog adopted from Green Hills Animal Shelter is fixed, wormed, has age-appropriate vaccinations, and is tested for heartworm (if old enough). Dogs from GHAS will also come with a starter bag of Hills Science Diet dog/puppy food to get you started!
