Meet Marvin

Marvin came to us back in September, and is a whole new dog! When he arrived, he was covered in wounds so horrific they were hard to look at. Thankfully, both his heart and wounds have healed beautifully. As soon as Marvin was shown what true love is, he returned it in spades.

He is full of fun energy and kisses. I think it’s safe to assume that for the first time he feels comfortable bringing his puppy energy to life. He is a strong boy and needs some work on his leash and mouth manners. That being said, he is very motivated to learn and sits beautifully when asked. We know that with the right home, love, time and patience - Marvin will thrive! Did you know that if you adopt a dog from HHPP you can take him or her for funded basic training at Dogsmartz Unleashed? This would be perfect for a dog like Marvin to help him learn and also bond with his new owner! He appears to be dog friendly, but a meet with a resident dog is always required.
