Meet Mandy, a happy little Shih Tzu looking for her forever home. This former puppy mill survivor that just loves her new lease on life. Her foster says Mandy is playful, affectionate, loves attention, gets along with other dogs and loves being with her person and chilling on the sofa.
She enjoys free run of the home and snuggling in bed at night. Perfect fit for younger families looking to add an additional pup in their home as well as seniors seeking a companion. Mandy's your go-to furry friend, getting along with both dogs and cats. She's a pro at leash walks and has aced the outdoor potty training game. Whether it's a fenced yard or a cozy gated spot, Mandy's got the cuteness covered. She brings playfulness, affection, and a whole lot of joy. Shy at first, but once you're in her circle, get ready for love, attention, and car ride adventures!

We are in Rochester, NY, we adopt to people who live in the Rochester area. We do not ship our dogs and require home visits. Must live in area to adopt, will not respond to out of area/country requests. Additionally we require physically fenced yard for dog/pup to play in safely. Exceptions are sometimes made to this requirement but is up to the foster and more often done for the small breed dogs.

All our dogs have been treated with dewormer; heartworm tested (if age appropriate -7 mths or older); treated for fleas/ticks; microchipped; and examined by veterinarian plus given age appropriate vaccinations. We take every effort to ensure the health of the animal and you will receive a copy of all vet work performed at time of adoption. Dogs will be spayed/neutered thru us prior to finalizing any adoption.

We provide information on dogs age and breed based on what we are told by person surrendering dog or vet's best guess. While we try our best we cannot guarantee that this information is 100% accurate and can often be best guess in case of our lovable mutts.
