Mahogany Mixed Breed Matteson, IL

Hi! I'm Mahogany! I'm thriving in my foster home. My foster family says that I am crate trained and housebroken and I do good at home during the day when I'm alone. I love lounging on the furniture either next to you or even on top of you! My foster family tells me that I don't know how big I actually am! I want to join in whatever activity you happen to be doing at the time, I've even taken up howling while I join in. I would prefer to be the only pet as I like to bask in all the attention you have to give. However, I don't mind sharing my time with kids, I've been around all ages and I do know how to be gentle and relaxed, but I also love all the energy they have and love to run with them too! After all of that playing my foster family says that I nap hard and love to cuddle like a floppy puppy in your lap. My absolute favorite treat is a peanut butter filled Kong! I will do anything for one of those. I've mastered some skills like sit, stay, and lay down and I'm eager to learn more. I love getting belly rubs and giving kisses! Someone asked my foster family what their favorite thing about me was and they said that my cuddles are great and they love how super smart and trainable I am. They said I make a great running buddy and they said I am so pretty!
