Meet Magnum
Hi, my name is Magnum! I'm a Chihuahua mix born around 4/25/2020. I came up to Wisconsin from Texas and weigh close to 28 pounds. I came from a hoarding situation where there were over 50 dogs in the home. I am very sweet, not snippy but can be shy at first. Once I'm comfortable, I love to snuggle. I probably wasn't allowed outside so I will need training in all areas. I am eager to love someone. Apply for me today!
Staff note: Magnum is sweet but timid. He needs someone with confidence so he can feel comfortable. He does want to give you all his love but doesn’t know how to, so will need someone to be patient. He walks great on a leash and loves to play with tennis balls.
My adoption fee is $60.00. Adoption applications can be filled out at CCHS or online through our website, www.cchs-petshelter.org. Applications are not first come, first served. All applications will be reviewed by the adoption committee and the home chosen will be the one considered to be the best match. All dogs and puppies have been vaccinated for Distemper and Bordetella, dewormed and microchipped. If old enough, they will be vaccinated for Rabies and blood tested for Heartworm, Lymes, Anaplasmosis and Erlichiosis. Dogs and puppies will be spayed or neutered before adoption.
CCHS is proud to be a No-Kill Humane Society. As a private, non-profit charity, our work depends on donations and volunteers to keep going. We are committed to helping the animals that enter our doors and finding each the best possible forever home. CCHS has been inspected and licensed by the Department of Animal Health - DATCP. Our license is #268235-DS
