Meet Mac (Special Needs)

Mac is suffering in a home that cannot afford him and has not been able to vet him or care for his needs. He's a very friendly, small, cute pup. His owner has not done right by him and as a result, he's not gotten his shots as a puppy. As a result of that, he's had some seizures. Those can be controlled by medication but she is not given him any medication either. We need a experienced pet owner who understands the needs of a dog and that has had experience with a dog who has had seizures.
