Meet Lyle
Lyle came to FCHS from a neighboring pound. We were drawn to his big droopy ears, his goofy hound smile, and his perfect age!
Lyle has met children and dogs very well. He is currently in foster with several dogs and dog-savvy cats and he is doing fantastic. He is respectful of the cats and generally great with the dogs. He does have a bizarre play style that can come across rude, so he needs dogs that can tolerate the hound scream for play, the nipping at the heels and butt for please play, and chasing around the yard while barking for Yay! Play!
Lyle has really mellowed out in his foster home and is doing very well. He is still a little unsure of new people and meets them best on walks. You can tell he wants love and attention but worries about the intentions of the new people. He mostly loves to sleep and snuggle, but really enjoys a stuffed hedgehog toy or two.
