Meet our newest Luke. This Rhodesian Ridgeback/Blackmouth Cur mix is a big boy who found himself at the shelter when his owner passed away. There was no family to step up for Luke, so he is stuck at the pound. This is so sad and unfair for a dog who does not understand why he is now homeless or where his beloved owner has gone. Luke loves people and always has a big smile on his face. He has shown no aggression to other dogs and appears to be very genial to others. Luke walks well on a leash and we think he is potty trained. Luke is a good looking dog, but at 95 pounds, could use to lose about 10 pounds. He would be a great dog for someone wants a dog who is already trained to be a great companion. He is neutered and up to date on shots.
