Lucy is doing well being fostered with dogs and kids in the home, as her foster shares She is going to make a great family dog as her curious, easy-going personality shines through with time.

Lucy's ideal home would provide a calmer environment with or without another dog. She loves playing with other dogs and enjoys pack walks with them. Lucy's calm, submissive disposition would likely do well with dog-savvy kids who can give her a bit of time and space to get to know them. She has medium energy, as she likes to play outside and run around but content chilling nearby with a toy.

Lucy is crate-trained and house-trained. She goes into her crate during the day and sleeps overnight in there without a peep. Lucy rarely has accidents and will continue to thrive when taken out regularly with a schedule and routine. She is improving on her leash manners and can redirect well. She will benefit from an owner who is excited to continue her training and teach her new tricks as she breaks out of her shell.
