Louise Labrador Retriever & Terrier Mix Winston-Salem, NC

Name: Louise! Short for Louisville... because someone picked her and her puppies up on a busy roadside in Kentucky and brought them to NC. Subsequently, the finder brought Louise to the animal shelter with her puppies and pushed them out of a moving car into the parking lot. When caught in the act, the person gave the details about bringing the little family from KY to NC.

Breed: Lab/Pit/Chihuahua

Weight: a petite 30 lbs (once I drop my winter weight!)

Age/Date of Birth: 2-3 years old

Favorite Things: cuddles with foster dad, walks around the neighborhood, lots of people attention, other dogs to play with, toys

Energy Level: Medium. She is walked daily in her foster home and has lots of playtime.

Crate trained/Housebroken: yes to both! Louise sleeps in her crate at night.

Medical Notes: spayed, up to date on shots, microchipped and on monthly heartworm and flea prevention

Notes from Foster: Louise is incredibly friendly and has never met a stranger! She would benefit from a family to continue to invest in her learning basic obedience, and she is a quick learner! This girl loves to play with her doggie foster brother and sisters and would love to have a fenced yard to run and play in in her new home. She also loves being cuddled up by your side for TV time!
