"Well, hello there. Thanks for stopping by! My name is Louise and I'm what you'd call a diamond in the ruff (get it?!). I'm 10 years old, 45 pounds, and moved here from Florida to find my forever family.

I've been fortunate to be staying with a wonderful foster family. It's so nice having a warm, cozy bed away from the shelter and my foster family says it won't be long until I have a permanent one soon! They say I am a sweetheart, with a beautiful and gentle spirit. Now, I'm not one to fish for compliments, but I'll take it!

I have also been described as gentle, sweet and affectionate. Some of my favorite things are nice relaxing baths and cheese. I like to sleep quite a bit during the day and you'll only hear me barking if I need to go outside. That's one perk of adopting a more mature pup like me, none of that undignified puppy housebreaking nonsense!

Please don't get the wrong idea about me, though. I still love to get my exercise outside and my foster family says I'm bouncy and quick on walks - lots of pep left in my step! As you can see, I'm a pretty laid back, easy-to-get-along-with gal. My one diva request: no cats, please.
