Meet Loretta Lynn! Loretta Lynn and her siblings came to us from the Wind River Reservation. They came from a home that had too many pets. Luckily, we were able to pull them from this home and since then they have been living their best lives in a foster home with an employee of the Animal Adoption Center! Upon removal from their initial home, they were very skinny and in desperate need of a bath. They have spent the last few weeks fattening up on lots of kibbles and learning how to socialize! Like any puppy, Loretta loves to play with her siblings and toys! She is eager to accept love from people and will happily settle down for lots of naps throughout the day. She will make an amazing companion and adventure partner! These puppies will be ready to meet potential adopters starting 4/30. Fill out an application ASAP to get in their lines!

Thinking of adopting a puppy? Please consider the amount of time and attention that will need to be dedicated to raising a dog from puppyhood. Committing time every day to helping them to learn to love the world around them i.e. people, animals, sights, sounds, smells, objects etc is of the utmost importance to raising a well adjusted dog. Puppies that are not well socialized to the world around them can develop fear and anxiety later in life. Before considering adopting a puppy please make sure that you have the time and patience to dedicate to a puppy!

To set up a meet and greet, please fill out a dog adoption application ASAP or if you have already submitted one with us, call/email to put your name in line. We will form a line like usual based on who has an active and approved application in. Please note, Animal Adoption Center cannot guarantee the breed, composition or ages of our dogs as we usually have no history prior to them entering the rescue. We make every effort to ensure the dogs are healthy. Please know that our intention is to insure long lasting committed homes for the animals at the AAC. If we feel that an animal and a potential owner are not a good fit we reserve the right to refuse adoption.
