Lola Pit Bull Terrier Mix Teterboro, NJ

This spunky pup, Lola is looking for a family! She has the softest head you've ever felt... softer than velvet! She is a playful, goofy, and almost 4 years old. She is fearful with new people and it takes her a little bit to warm up but once she does... you will be SHOWERED with kisses. You can tell she desperately wants to make new friends, but fear is holding her back. Once she breaks through that wall, she is a GIANT love bug and is the happiest baby you've ever seen. Her smile says it all... she just wants a best friend to love forever! She has been on many overnight visits and is much more relaxed in a home setting. An experienced home would be best to provide patience, training, and TLC. Lola is a big girl, very strong but listens well to direction. She would do well with older teens that can give her time to open up. Lola has previously lived with 2 other dogs but it is recommended that she is the only pet in the home. For Lola, new situations can be scary and her confidence needs some boosting! She is active and playful, so she would make a great buddy for a family that wants to walk and then settle on the couch after for TV time! She is fine being around other dogs but prefers to be the only pet.
