Loki von Lauta" German Shepherd Dog Mix Los Angeles, CA

Loki von Lauta is a beautiful 2-3 year old long haired shepherd mix. How anyone could have given up this fantastically handsome, sweet and loving fellow is a major mystery. With his rich, fluffy, strategically-highlighted coat worthy of a couture runway, his fondness for full-body petting and rubbing (including butt- and ear-scratching), his mastery of the sit command and his gentle acceptance of treats, his would be the example of “love bug” in any reasonable dictionary. Let’s talk walks now: Loki is always happy and ready to leash up and join a group of dogs for a trek. Though he stays close to his handler, he meets his canine fellows without any personality clashes. When it’s time for play yard, he’s calm and ready to explore every corner and to socialize with whoever else is around. And what a social boy he is! He greets every dog with a charming play bow and engages a new friend or two in a spirited romp. Loki says "no thanks" to kitties, but he says "yes please" to a happy home, maybe with another playful pup.
