Meet Lindsey
Lindsey had a HORRIBLE 2016! Her family dumped her and Logan at a kill shelter in PA. While placing them in cages they dropped Logan from 6 feet unto the cement floor on her head and she immediately had a seizure so they took her to the medical wing and put Lindsey on the adoption floor. Separating the two who only had each other :(
2nd Chance went to save a death stamped dog and saw Logan and heard her story and immediately asked the staff to go get Lindsey and reunited the two. Lucky for Lindsey they did because within days of being in a foster home Lindsey was throwing up and the foster knew something was really wrong. Lindsey was taken to the hospital and it was found that not only did she have foreign bodies in her system but she also had a Pyo and had to have emergency surgery. Lindsey is doing well but Logan just had surgery. We are hoping that May bring better luck for our two little girls. The girls will not be split up again. If you cannot adopt a bonded pair please consider donating to their care. Thank you so much!
