Lincoln Norfolk Terrier Mix New York, NY

This guy Lincoln was discarded like a used paper wrapper on Found Park Avenue & 132nd Street in Manhattan on February 15. He was then brought to the New York Animal Care Centers in NYC. The city's Municipal Shelter.

We pulled him to safety and sent him to our small dog foster Guru.

The ACC didn't notice that he was disabled ? ? but he's been such a joyous...happy..and....grateful
