Lily German Shepherd Dog Chesterfield, MO

Lily is a sweetheart! This girl's lost her human to health issues and is looking for her new forever family.

Lily is 3 years old with darling playful side and loves nothing more than to hang out with her human, go on walks, or play with her toys.

Our foster homes are FULL, so Lily is currently boarding locally with a friend of the rescue and past adopter. While she's been with us, she has shown us all she just wants to be with her people. Lily knows her basic commands and LOVES to show them off to you, but needs a bit of coaching on those leash manners.

Lily has never lived with other pets of any kind, so we don't know how she would do with dogs or cats. While in boarding, she can be nervous about other dogs around her. We don't yet know if she would be okay with a well-matched dog in a home environment, but if you are an "only dog" sort of home, we do know she'd be perfectly happy as the solo dog.

Our Adoption Fees:

*Dogs and puppies 12 months old or younger: $400

* Adult dogs over 12 months of age: $350

* Senior dogs over 7 years of age qualify for our "Seniors FUREVER" program! Seniors are special to us, so we offer two options:

(1) If your heart has a special place for the seniors, you can adopt a senior dog for the regular adoption fee of $350 and this becomes a perpetual fee. You can adopt another SGSDR senior dog at any time from us in the future at NO CHARGE.
(2) If you aren't sure about your future adoption capacity, you may adopt your SGSDR senior dog for a reduced adoption fee of $250.
