Meet Leo
Now when we rescue a dog from the shelter, a lot of people automatically assume we put them straight up for adoption. What most people don’t see are the dogs that aren’t quite ready for adoption and stay with our rescue to work on rehabilitation until they are ready.
Leo has been with us for the past year and he came to us shut down and needed more time than others to decompress. Volunteers have been working with him and he has come such a long way.
Leo, as described by volunteers, is easy going, sweet and walks great on a leash.
Leo is great with people and dogs and we’d love to find his forever humans who will continue to show him how loved he can be.
