Hi, my name is Leo. I’m 10 years old with a very active personality. I love going on walks and playing with my foster siblings.

I would do well in a home that likes to snuggle on the couch and is active with walks. However, I would like a home with no small children or cats.

I am potty trained, food motivated, and know several commands in both English and Spanish.

I do not require another dog in the home, but would do well with one to play with.

Leo is neutered, microchipped, up-to-date on vaccinations, and on heartworm and flea/tick preventative. All Midwest dogs are required to be on year round heartworm prevention.

Leo’s adoption fee is $300.

The application must be approved before visiting with this dog.

Approved applications are based on best fit and not first submitted. Midwest Small Breed Rescue reserves the right to refuse any applicant, it is within our discretion to make these decisions on behalf of our dogs.

We do require a home visit and a veterinarian reference. Please contact your veterinarian to give them permission to release information to us. Once we have reviewed your application and received a favorable reference from your veterinarian, our adoption coordinator will contact you. Please be patient as this process could take several days.

Midwest Small Breed Rescue only accepts cash or cashier's checks for adoption fees.
