I was born in early November 2023!
WHAT BREED ARE YOU?
My mama, Mazie, is a pit bull mix. Dad didn't stick around so I never got to find out what other breeds are in my DNA.
HOW MUCH DO YOU WEIGH?
I am around 19 pounds of perfection!
WHAT DO YOU LOOK LIKE?
I am mostly tan and white with grey markings on my face and grayish-green eyes. I am the only one of my siblings with a naturally cropped tail, and it makes me just that much cuter!
WHAT DO YOU LIKE TO EAT?
I like to eat my puppy food, Greek yogurt, and treats. My favorite treats are freeze dried chicken bites and Nubz.
WHAT KIND OF PERSONALITY DO YOU HAVE?
I am such a fun puppy! I am super smart, energetic, and affectionate. I love to play with anyone who is ready for a romp, but I am also such a good boy when it is puppy nap time!
DESCRIBE YOUR PERFECT DAY?
My perfect day involves several key features: food, play time, and naps. Sprinkle those things around liberally, and I am the happiest boy! Food, play, nap, repeat... yes please! By the end of the day, I am all tuckered out from the super fun day and I sleep like the baby that I am!
WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE TOY?
I have the MOST fun playing with crinkly toys! Oh the crinkles and crackles are so exciting!
DO YOU KNOW ANY TRICKS?
I am such a good boy when I am told to “sit!” I am currently working on other obedience commands like “stay, “wait,” “off,” and “leave-it.” What a smart puppy!
WHAT SCARES YOU?
I get a little spooked by loud noises and voices. But who doesn't, right? I am still a young puppy!
HAVE YOU BEEN AROUND CHILDREN?
I have a lot of fun around kids and teenagers. It is the best if I can play with youngsters who will help me learn my manners and good puppy behaviors.
DO YOU LIKE CATS?
I have seen but not met our cat yet. We all bark when we see her so she runs away.
HOW DO YOU FEEL ABOUT OTHER DOGS?
I love my mom and littermates that I currently live with. There are no other dogs in our foster home and because we aren’t fully vaccinated, our foster parents have not let other dogs around us yet.
IF YOU COULD BE ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD, WHERE WOULD IT BE?
I would be with a family that loves me, keeps me safe, and will never let me go.
HOW IS YOUR HEALTH?
I am SUCH a healthy boy loving everything about my life!
WHO DO YOU LIVE WITH IN YOUR FOSTER HOME AND WHO IS YOUR CLOSEST COMPANION?
I live with my foster parents, my brother, sister, and Mom! There is also a cat named Winnie and a tortoise named Spike (I have seen them but not met them). My closest companions are my brother and sister.
WHERE DO YOU HANG OUT WHEN YOU ARE HOME ALONE?
My littermates and I stay safe and cozy in a pen or crate.
WHERE DO YOU SLEEP?
I sleep in a crate in my foster parents’ room.
DO YOU LIKE WALKING ON A LEASH?
I’m still very young and have not had a lot of time to go on walks yet since it isn’t safe until I am fully vaccinated. Let’s just call me a work in progress. I can’t wait to go on walks!
DO YOU HAVE ANY “NOT SO GREAT” HABITS THAT WE SHOULD KNOW ABOUT?
I am just a little puppy still! I need guidance and patience to learn what is “not so great” and what is “good boy” behavior. I will learn with your direction and love!
ARE YOU HOUSE TRAINED (DO YOU GO POTTY OUTSIDE)?
My foster parents take us outside a lot for potty breaks so we can learn that it outside is where we are supposed to potty. I am learning, but need consistency and patience to develop good potty habits.
DO YOU LIKE WATER?
I like to play with water from the hose, but the pool is scary so I keep my distance.
WHAT DO YOU LOVE ABOUT YOUR FOSTER FAMILY?
My foster family gives me lots of attention to make me feel safe, secure and loved. They play with me a lot and are patient while I’m learning the rules. They love me.
WHAT WAS YOUR LIFE LIKE BEFORE BEING BROUGHT INTO NORCAL BULLY BREED RESCUE?
I was about a month old when my siblings and I were rescued. We were born outside and our amazing mom kept us alive for over a month in the cold! NorCal Bully Breed Rescue found us a loving foster home and now I am ready to find my very own forever family.
