Legend was found out in below freezing weather underneath a car, where he was frozen to the pavement! Luckily, a kind person found him in time and saved his life. He's now 100% healthy, fully Vetted, and ready to find his furever family. Legend is a sweetheart that loves walkies, cuddles and just being with people. He is not good with other dogs or cats, so he must go to a family without other pets.
His $150 adoption fees include: neuter, vaccines, deworming, microchip and he's been kept on flea/tick and heartworm prevention.
