Lando was found in the desert of El Paso and a kind family took him in, showed him what love looked like, and got him healthy but he soon started showing signs of trauma. Lando can NOT be in a home with a man or teenage boys because he literally guards women and is unable to trust males as if he was in an domestic abusive home where he felt he didnt have a choice but to protect the woman. Lando is a great dog and needs a family that will never make him have that fear again.
Lando loves to go on walks and run around the backyard and house with the small children in his foster home. He does great with children, cats, and other dogs ( he loves puppies). Lando can not be left in the backyard alone as he is an escape artist so he needs someone that doesnt mind going out with him and watch him run around and go potty and bring him back in. He is kennel trained, leash trained, house/potty trained, up to date on shots for the next year, neutered, heartworm tested negative, and microchipped.
