Meet Lainey- you may have seen her on our facebook post when she first came in but that Lainey and this Lainey are two different dogs!
Lainey’s foster mom feels that she has blossomed and is ready to find her forever family. This girl is the definition of sweet & sassy. She has so much personality and loves to show it.
She smiles, talks, and does the playful zoomies almost daily. She is very well socialized with other dogs, cats, kids, chickens and horses. She does well with everything. She has a happy go lucky kind of demeanour. Lainey is a big fan of the snow hills
She is kennel trained, and enjoys her kennel. It’s definitely her safe space. She LOVES food, and knows when it’s supposed to be meal time. She happily will eat treats and is not fussy at all.
She has excellent recall and stays very close to the house. Currently she is being fostered on an acreage and doesn’t really leave the 10 acres close to the house, even if the other foster puppies/dogs go into the horse pen, Lainey can be found on her snow hill watching and waiting for her foster mom.
She wants to please. She is just like a puddle in your lap when attention is focused on her.
She came in extremely shut down and fearful, however now she loves human affection and attention.
Lainey also really enjoys toys, she needs a toy to go to bed in her kennel at night time.
She has the cute head tilt down pat and when you talk to her she will tilt her head and talk back.

Our regular dog adoption fee is $250 which includes spay/neuter, first shots (booster if with us when due), rabies shot and microchip insertion (if old enough at time of adoption or brought to our local vets for surgery). Puppies that are not old enough to be spayed/neutered prior to adoption will require a $300 refundable (upon proof of surgery) spay/neuter deposit by way of post dated cheque which is held, not cashed, until date of cheque or pre-authorized debit.
