Meet Kovu
Hey, I'm Kovu, a 1-year-old Black Mouth Cur, and I've got quite a story to share. My journey started on the side of a highway in DeRidder, Louisiana, where the sweetest lady found me. She couldn't keep me, but I'll forever be grateful that she gave me a chance at a better life. I spent a good amount of time in foster care where I learned essential skills like potty training and walking on a leash properly.
I'm a friendly pup, especially with female dogs, though I'm not so keen on male dogs. Kids are my favorite! I adore them and am very gentle around them. I've been neutered and am up to date on all my vaccines. Now, I'm all set for my forever home. If you think we could be a match, please apply today.
