Koda Anatolian Shepherd Mix Loveland, CO

Koda is the BEST! He is so incredibly sweet and always happy. He gets along with other dogs, cats, and kids! He loves anything outdoors and would make a perfect country dog. He has very natural guardian dog tendencies, like barking when he hears something outside, that would make him wonderful for a single person needing a "guard dog" to keep watch at night, or even a family dog to hang out with kids in the yard. He can be stubborn, as is typical for guardian breeds, but consistency and positive reinforcement helps him. Koda would not do great in an apartment as he prefers to have a yard. This boy loves treats and is willing to do whatever you ask of him to get one! He enjoys meeting new people and has an awesome calm demeanor. Koda truly is the sweetest and most happy go lucky boy you will ever meet. He doesn't have a care in the world and is always loving life! Could you ask for anything more??

Koda is a roughly 5 year old Anatolian Shepherd Mix (of some sort) currently weighing in at about 75 lbs. He is still gaining weight from being severely underweight at, but is close to his goal weight. He is fully potty and crate trained, although doesn't necessarily need to be crated when home alone for shorter periods of time.

Koda is located in Fort Worth, TX. We do transport dogs to Colorado straight to your home once you are approved to adopt. We understand the importance of matching the right dog up with the right family, so our process includes phone calls, picture and video exchanges, as well as FaceTime meetings so you can meet the dog virtually in many ways and discuss your preferences with us to determine if the dog is a good fit. We do charge a $250 transport fee on top of the dog's adoption fee.
