I was born in early November 2023!
HOW MUCH DO YOU WEIGH?
I’m 27 pounds and growing!
WHAT BREED ARE YOU?
Ummm… your guess is as good as mine! My mama, Mazie, is a pit bull mix. Dad didn't stick around so there could really be any mix of breeds. But if “super duper cute” was a breed, I’d be 100 percent purebred!
WHAT DO YOU LOOK LIKE?
I have a beautiful brindle coat with lots of white accents. I have long legs and a cute short tail!
WHAT DO YOU LIKE TO EAT?
Right now I’m eating Chicken Soup for the Soul puppy kibble, but I am not picky and would accept just about any dog-safe food you wanted to give me!
WHAT KIND OF PERSONALITY DO YOU HAVE?
I’m a happy playful puppy. I love running around and playing with doggy friends. But since I am still a growing puppy, I need lots of naps and I am such a cuddle bug!
DESCRIBE YOUR PERFECT DAY:
My perfect day would involve lots of playtime, snacks, and naps. Oh, did I mention snacks?
WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE TOY?
I am not particular about my toys! I love all toys, a good bone, or game of tug-of-war makes me happy!?
DO YOU KNOW ANY TRICKS?
I sit like a pro, and I’m working on other commands like wait and down. I’m still a puppy, but am smart and very treat motivated!
WHAT SCARES YOU?
I’m a brave little puppy! Not much scares me at this point, although loud noises sometimes make me nervous.
HAVE YOU BEEN AROUND CHILDREN?
I’m still a puppy and I can be a little excitable, but I am very gentle with my mouth.
DO YOU LIKE CATS?
There is a cat at my foster home, but she is kinda grumpy, so I am a smart boy and I just steer clear of her.
HOW DO YOU FEEL ABOUT OTHER DOGS?
I love dogs! I obviously love to hang with my sister, Butter Bean, but there are two resident dogs here too, and I get along with everyone.
IF YOU COULD BE ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD, WHERE WOULD IT BE?
My absolute favorite place is playing with my doggy friends. But I also love my kennel! I am such a good boy because I know how to put myself to bed when I need a rest!
HOW IS YOUR HEALTH?
I’m in excellent health!
WHO DO YOU LIVE WITH IN YOUR FOSTER HOME AND WHO IS YOUR CLOSEST COMPANION?
I live with my foster mom and brother (19), two resident dogs and my sister, Butter Bean, who is also looking for her own family! Right now my closest companion is my sister. We share a kennel most of the time. However I never miss the opportunity to snuggle with the humans or play with the big dogs.
WHERE DO YOU HANG OUT WHEN YOU ARE HOME ALONE?
With my sister in our cozy kennel. We love to hang out together in there!
WHERE DO YOU SLEEP?
I like to sleep in my crate. When I decide it is bedtime, I head to my comfy crate all on my own!
DO YOU LIKE WALKING ON A LEASH?
I don’t know what a leash is just yet. I’m just a baby still, so I will need to be taught good leash manners with patience and understanding.
DO YOU HAVE ANY “NOT SO GREAT” HABITS THAT WE SHOULD KNOW ABOUT?
I’m a really good boy, but part of being a puppy is learning good habits and learning what humans consider “not so great.” I’m learning quickly!
ARE YOU HOUSE TRAINED (DO YOU GO POTTY OUTSIDE)?
I’m getting there! I’m a young pup so I still have a few accidents, but I am trying hard. Patience and consistency will be key to make sure I am successful.
DO YOU LIKE WATER?
I am not sure… I have not had a lot of experience with it yet, but I am interested in checking it out!
WHAT DO YOU LOVE ABOUT YOUR FOSTER FAMILY?
Everything! There are other doggies to play with, and there are humans to snuggle with. Plus, I get treats and I have a warm dry comfy place to sleep!
WHAT WAS YOUR LIFE LIKE BEFORE BEING BROUGHT INTO NORCAL BULLY BREED RESCUE?
I was approximately four or five weeks old when our whole litter of eight pups and my mama were rescued from where we had been living outside my whole life! Now it is so exciting because all my littermates and mama are getting adopted by wonderful families! Will you please take me home with you and love me forever?
