Hi there, I'm Kimba. I believe it's said that rescues make for the best companions because we appreciate everything. That's definitely true about me. I am the sweetest, most appreciative and happy pup you will meet. My foster parents say I'm the easiest foster they've ever had because I adapt quickly, am smart, and have convinced the resident dog that I am his best friend. In fact, I'm quite good at making dog friends quickly and human friends too. Everyone who has met me says I'm adorable in real life (pictures don't do me justice) and that I'm a really good dog. Not only am I potty-trained, crate-trained and a great night sleeper, but I also have some really fun personality traits and interests. I love to play fetch, carry toys around in my mouth, chase squirrels, watch TV, go on walks, gaze out the window, and I have the cutest voice when I play with the resident dog. I am respectful of my foster parents when they eat dinner at the couch by not begging and can be generally trusted unsupervised for periods of time. I can self-entertain as necessary but also very much desire cuddles and affection. I'm particularly smitten with men to the degree that foster mom sometimes gets jealous. I'm great on a leash and love exploring the neighborhood. My foster parents adore me and are hoping I am given a wonderful forever home with love, friends and fun.
