Meet Keri
Keri is an 8 year old female mixed breed. She weighs 38 pounds. Keri does not act her age and still has plenty of energy. Keri is currently going through heartworm treatment. She will have to remain on crate rest until March 10th. Because Keri is heartworm positive and on crate rest, we have not done any dog testing because she needs to be kept calm. We always recommend a meet and greet with any resident dogs. At the shelter and while on leash, Keri met a dog-friendly cat and she was extremely rude to the cat. At this time we don't believe Keri would do well living with cats. Keri lived with children in her previous home and reportedly did well with them. We always recommend a meet and greet with any children in the household or children that visit often, such as grandkids. Please call for more information or to make an appointment to meet Keri. (Updated 1/30/21). Her $160 adoption fee includes a $100 heartworm treatment fee to help the shelter recover some of the cost of heartworm treatment.
