Meet Kei

PLEASE NOTE; Great care must be taken to ensure your Shiba Inu is securely fenced in and monitored when outside. Exterior doors have to be kept closed tightly. We would recommend a home with older kids or adults who are conscientious about doors, gates and the like. These dogs are known runners and once they are loose, catching them is not easy. Prior experience with the breed would be helpful. Crating the dogs when unattended is a good idea for their safety.

Kei looks so distinguished. Her name in Japanese can mean "blessed" or "joyous". We are expecting a family that adopts this precious 7 year old Shiba will be both joyous and blessed. It would be helpful to read up on the Shiba Inu breed for information on typical breed tendencies.
Kei weighs about 32 lbs. and her adoption fee is $100

All of our animals are provided with age appropriate vaccinations, spayed/neutered and micro chipped prior to adoption. To meet our incredible dogs and offer them the love they deserve, stop by PAWS on Friday or Saturday from 10 - 4 PM, call us at 217-243-7297. We do applications in person or over the phone. You can also see pictures on our Facebook page, PAWS Jackson. With an approved application, a deposit will hold your new best friend for up to 1 week to allow you time to come to PAWS. This deposit is not refundable nor transferable.
