Meet Kathy
Introducing Kathy! She is a 3 1/2 year old spayed, Schipperke mix. At 22 lbs. she is the perfect size. Kathy is very affectionate and just loves people, although older children might be best. She has been adjusting to living with the other dogs in her foster home and learning they are friendly and non threatening. Her dream home would be as an only dog, but she will do well with a low key friendly dog also. Her new family will just need to give her time to adjust to her new surroundings. Kathy is potty trained and crate trained, in fact, she loves her crate and she will often be found napping there on her own. Kathy’s foster home has several cats, which she has been fine, with only an occasional reminder not to chase. She is a great listener and knows sit, stay and crate. Kathy walks wonderfully on leash and enjoys walks and would even love a running partner. But don’t get her wrong, she loves to snuggle on the couch too.
