This is Judy Garland! She's a little lady- just 12 lbs. Judy is shy at first but once she warms up to you she likes to sit on your lap. She needs someone with patience to let her adjust to her new home and her surroundings. She lives with several other small dogs in her foster home. Her foster mom says she is a laid-back dog that will make a nice little friend for someone! Judy knows "there's no place like home." Maybe that home is yours?
