Josie Terrier Mix Lancaster, PA

Meet Josie: Josie is about a 4 month old (as of February 2024) terrier mix (best guess) that weighs 17 pounds. Josie is the sole survivor of a litter that was born on the side of the highway in northern Mississippi! Josie was captured when she was about 6 weeks old and made it into our rescue. Josie is currently being fostered in the south and would love to take the freedom ride north to Pennsylvania to meet more prospective families. Josie is a sweet thing that has grown into an affectionate puppy! Her mom was recently rescued and is also very friendly and loving, so we're sure Josie is falling into her mom's footsteps. Josie is well socialized with people and other dogs. She's a playful little puppy and love to be pet! Josie is currently house trained to a doggie door, but we would anticipate her needing some patience in a new environment. We would love for Josie to have a home with a fenced in yard for her to run and play freely. Josie is up to date on her shots and spayed.
