JoJo German Shepherd Dog Mix Fredonia, WI

Hi!! It's JoJo again (approx 7 months old). My foster mama said I needed to update you all.

When I came here everything was new and scary I had never even been in a house. After a couple months with my foster things are getting less scary.

I run in and out of the house and love to play. My foster brothers help bring out my confidence.
I come to my foster mama when called. I hop like a bunny when I get excited. I listen to uh uh and not yours. I bond hard. I relax in the middle of the floor. My kennel is still my safe place. I'm learning the couch is a comfy place to rest. I do great with the resident cat (actually he's scary so I just stay away). I sleep through the night! I love to play with the other dogs here.

I'm still learning the kids here aren't scary (7 & 10), but I'm more curious now than scared.
My foster mama says I'm the sweetest! I don't growl or bark. When I'm nervous I go to my kennel or go to my foster mama to check in.

I got to spend a weekend with another foster and her dogs when foster mama had to go out of town. I did great there after having a night to relax and get used to the house I was playing with the other dogs and went for a walk!

Also, when foster mama is busy her sons (13 & 20) let me out and feed me. I sometimes follow the teenager around to see what he's up to.

Foster mama says I'm ready to start bonding with my furever. Maybe that's you.

**JoJo is truly the sweetest, and just wants love. She will do best in a home without young kiddos as it takes her longer to trust. Someone with patience to go at her pace; and help her to continue to learn to trust. She will need a dog friend or 2 (or more) to show her the ropes**
