Meet Joanie
Joanie is being fostered in Portland, OR and she is available to meet!
Joanie and her siblings were being given away in a small town we help. One of our volunteers saw them and asked the owner who was giving them away if she would surrender them to us. She said yes, and we brought them into our program. This is unfortunately, very common where we rescue. Joanie is the last puppy available from her litter. All of her siblings have found homes, and we hope someone will adopt Joanie too.
Joanie has been with cats, adult dogs, children and even farm animals as she’s grown. She is playful, crate trained and potty trained. Joanie is social and loves everyone she meets.
Her mama only weighs 30 pounds so we think she’ll be medium sized when she is full grown. She is a Lab mix, but we don’t know anything about the daddy dog. She is 5 months old and she weighs 20 pounds.
Joanie has been spayed and rabies vaccinated. She has also been vaccinated for DHPP and bordetella, microchipped and is current on flea/tick and heart worm prevention.
