JOJO is a striking deer-head Chihuahua weighing in at 8 pounds. Although only 5 years old, he found himself on the streets when his first family let him down. His foster mom is amazed that someone would abandon JoJo as he is a such a snuggle bunny and young yet in Chihuahua years (since their lifespan is easily 18). He has never had an accident in his foster home and was already house and kennel trained when he came into rescue.

Besides warming your lap, JoJo enjoys going for walks on a leash and car rides in his booster seat so he can see what is going on in the world around him. He has behaved well at the groomers, although nervous and not a fan of having his feet touched.

As a typical Chihuahua, JoJo will alert you to all events around your home so you will never miss an Amazon delivery! Or the squirrel raiding your bird feeder …. or any other activity on your block! His foster mom says that he is a much better security system than RING!!

JoJo’s foster mom believes he would thrive in an experienced Chi home with a mom or dad who would not allow him to assume the Alpha position. JoJo currently lives with 2 beagles that he basically ignores since he wants to be the center of attention. He is fully vetted, including a recent dental cleaning.
