Meet Jedi
Meet Jedi! He is about 9 months old, 35 lbs, and he is likely has some Boxer or Pit Bull in his mix! In his foster home, he is working on his house-training, crate-training and leash-walking. He could go to a home with kids 10+ and other dogs. Cats are unknown.
His foster say, "Jedi has had a bit of a rough start to his life. He’s been learning how to “Dog” with our 4 resident pups. He’s been working on leash training at the park and is going great. He’s learning that car rides equal special treats like Pup Cups. He has discovered that he loves fetching balls from the steps of a swimming pool and will work at this “job” all day long! He’s learned that if he sits he gets rewarded with tasty treats! That his crate is good place to rest or sleep especially when he’s fed in it. Although his favorite place to sleep is in your lap and he might be the biggest snuggle bug I’ve ever met. He’s had a great low to medium energy while he’s been with us. He loves going for car rides but will need to be tethered unless you want help driving as he wants to always be as close to you as possible. He has learned that a home means he will never have to wonder when or if he will be fed. Because that was always a question in his prior living situation he can get overexcited about food and have a tendency to counter surf. He does not meet a stranger and has a the most sweet and loving disposition. He has this great blocky headed face that you just want to kiss and love on. This sweet boy has so much love to give he’s going to make a great companion or family member for some lucky adopter!."
