Hi, my name is Jared! I'm a PURPLE pawprint, which means I will fit well into a home that meets some specific criteria. Here is what would work best for me in my new home:
-Personality: Sweet, a little shy, intelligent
-Can Live with Kids: Unknown history with kids so we are recommending kids around 8 years and up.
-Can Live with Cats: Unknown history but may be okay with a dog-savvy cat and a slow and supervised introduction process.
-Can Live with Dogs: Jared is a bit fearful of other dogs and would do best as the only dog in the home. He may be okay with a very mellow, dog-social dog. Introductions would be scheduled to ensure everyone gets along.
-Can do Apartment Living: Possibly with plenty of physical and mental stimulation.
-Potty Trained: Seems to be.
-Bite History: No
-Positive Reward Based Obedience Classes Required: One private lesson required.
-Energy Level: Moderate
-Needs Medical Procedure Before Going Home: Yes a neuter
-Additional Information: Jared was found running around as a stray, so his history is unknown. Jared is a little shy at first but is easily won over by treats. He is very smart and gentle, and would love to put his intelligence to use. For his new home, Jared would prefer to not be left alone for long hours at a time, and would like a consistent schedule to help him feel comfortable.
