Meet Jake
Meet Jake!
Jake is a 2 yr. Old Hound/Lab Mix. He weighs in at 40lbs. Jake came from Virginia and was very scared and unsocialized when he arrived. His foster mom put in the hard work and he now has become a velcro doggo! He suffered from some parasites when he came to Delaware due to being on his own, but he’s all better now! Jake is still hesitant of new things in his environment, but he warm ups. He likes hikes and can walk 3 miles easily. On the flip side, he can be a couch potato too! Jake is great with cats & great with other dogs. He still has the "Stranger Danger" vibes, but once he knows you're safe, you'll have a built in bestie! Due to his hesitation, Jake will need a children over 8 and up household that also includes another confident dog(s) to show him the ropes. One that understands loud noises and quick movements can be scary sometimes. Jake is fully housetrained, crate trained, neutered, microchipped & UTD on vaccinations.
