Meet Jill!

Jill is a 1 year old, female, Red Fox Labrador. She currently weighs in around 65 pounds.

Jill was taken in by a good samaritan after being dumped on a farm in central KY late last year. She was taken in alongside her brother, crate trained, spayed and neutered, and each received all the necessary vetting. Both are healthy, active and loving dogs that are great with other dogs, kids and cats. Jill is now ready to find her forever family.

Jill is a very smart, loving, sweet lap dog that is obedient inside the house. Jill is calm inside the crate, but does need an active family able to get her out of the house daily for runs, walks and to expend her abundant lab energy. Are you the right fit for this baby? Peppermint Pig Animal Rescue is assisting the current owner with re-homing. Jill is not currently in a Peppermint Pig Foster home, but we will be handling the screening of adoption applications and meet and greets. We want to make sure she finds a suitable, new forever home.


Adoption Fee-
$165 rehoming donation kindly requested (made to Peppermint Pig Animal Rescue 501c3 so we can continue to help other animals in need).

Adoptions are held at our Adoption Center inside Peppermint Pig Thrift and Gift on Saturdays from 1:00pm to 4:00pm. Please complete your adoption application in advance so our volunteers have time to screen and contact potential adopters.

IMPORTANT: All applications are reviewed in the order they are received and qualifications are based on best fit for each individual pet. A volunteer will contact you if you are selected for a meet with adoptable pet. Final approval is always made in person.
