Izzy Labrador Retriever Mix Severn, MD

Hi everyone, I'm Izzy. I'm a laid back lady who enjoys a simple life. All I need is love and butt scratches to be happy - oh, and a walk or two to smell the flowers! I'm your typical sweetheart of a Labrador who wants to be a part of the family and spend my time with you, whether its helping with yard work, napping on the sofa, or riding shotgun on errands... I hear they give out dog treats at the drive thru's, can we do that!?

Sadly, my human dad passed away recently so I'm very interested in joining a new family soon because he would have wanted me to love again and enjoy life. I am 9 years young, so I've got plenty of adventures and lazy Sundays ahead of me! As far as new family members, I prefer to live alone or coexist with other dogs instead of play so a like-minded senior pup might be a good roomie for me. While I've never lived with children before, respectful kids may be a good fit for me too. I used to have a cat as a roommate and that was fine with me.
