Huck Husky Portland, OR

Huck is a Siberian Husky/Malamute mix, 60 lbs., and around 4 yrs. old. He is an affectionate guy who knows lots of commands and aims to please his people. A very good boy!

From his foster mom: Someone must have worked with Huck in his past life. He wants to please and learns very quickly. He bonds quickly, comes when called and loves his treats. He is loves being with his foster family. He can be quiet but he also can be vocal and husky talk, which is hysterical as he will talk with you. He has gotten along with all our family dogs. He should be named “good boy”. We love this boy!

Huckleberry:
• is crate trained
• does very well on leash,
• does very well with other dogs
• loves people
• is crated when is foster family leaves home and at night
• is quiet for the most part, will “husky talk” on occasion
• no children under 10
• is a beautiful husky that will enjoy sharing your life

Huck’s perfect home would be someone has a dog that he can hang with. He likes walks, he likes other dogs to hang with and he likes his backyard (secure) to sniff around in and play chase.

He has not been cat tested nor has he been around young children. Kids over 10 please.

Huckleberry is up to date on his vaccines had flea treatment, had de-wormer, had his heartworm test and he is microchipped and neutered. His adoption fee is $400.
