Hope Golden Retriever Waterville, OH

Hope is a 25 week old (3/24) female English Cream golden retriever puppy for adoption from Golden Retriever Rescue Resource. Hope was surrendered to our rescue to our rescue by the breeder. Hope's mom and dad are cleared for hips, eyes, etc., but things can still happen when the pup is in the womb. Hope unfortunately ended up being an ectopic ureter pup, which means things are not connected the way they should be with her bladder, so she will leak urine all the time. Luckily, there is a surgery that can be done to correct the problem and we will be deciding where to take her for that surgery. This is an expensive surgery, so we are hoping for donations to help pay for Hope to have a normal, healthy life.

We'll have more information soon on what type of family we feel would be great for this youngster. We can tell you that we are looking for a family who is home a good deal of the time. Someone who works from home is perfect and who has the energy (a lot of energy) to keep up with a young golden retriever puppy.
