Meet Hondo
Hondo is a medium-size 9-month-old Catahoula Leopard Dog mix who weighs 31 pounds. This young pup came to us pretty reserved and lacking in confidence. He's made great progress and really seems to take to people that he trusts. He would benefit from a home where he can continue to learn how to be the goodest boy ever with patience and lots of love and attention! Hondo prefers to be in your lap giving kisses once he gets to know you. Hondo can live in a home with other dogs and cats, but would do best in a quieter home environment without young kids where he can feel the most comfortable. He was tested for heartworms and Lyme and was negative for both. Hondo is neutered, microchipped, vaccinated, and ready to go home.
