Meet Hilda

Hilda is 17lbs, 5 months old, spayed and vaccinated. She is great with dogs, cats, and kids!

**I have NO idea what breed she is or how big she will be when full grown**
Hilda was found by a good Samaritan in a cardboard box on the side of the road when she was very young.

Hilda has a condition called Cerebellar Hypoplasia. Cerebellar hypoplasia in dogs is a condition characterized by the inadequate development of the cerebellum. Since the cerebellum is responsible for fine-tuning motor movements, Hilda is not able to stand still, balance or move normally. But trust me - She gets around and does dog stuff JUST FINE!!

She had a wheel chair when she was smaller that helped her gain muscle and learn to balance on her own. She has outgrown her wheel chair and does very well without it.

Hilda will NOT be adopted out on a 'first come first serve basis'. Applicants will need to have a home check as it is not safe for Hilda to be in a home with stairs. You will also need to have a veterinarian where you have established vet care or plan to establish care. Hilda will be adopted out to the best suited home. ?
